But this morning I called Shuls and last night she said she was coming here and she's like, I thought you were coming here. She was obviously joking, she was just having a bit of a laugh. She literally called and she said that she was feeling delusional cuz she just fell asleep in a You don't know how to tell a story. I'll say that much. Oh. Gemini. Gemini and brain. She had fallen asleep in the meditation and then she called me to be like, wait, holy shit. So she woke up, you know when you wake up from those like naps where you're just like, what's happening? And you feel like, like something's meant to be happening. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So she calls me and she's like, oh, like what time? What time are you meant to be here? And I just get the intuitive hit to just pretend like I wasn't coming, coming today. Like we'd already had the discussion. Cause I knew that she'd be like going on the messages going, no, you didn't sue that <laugh>. Yeah. Yes. So I was like, I'm not coming over today. I'm not, I'm not coming over. We said that, we spoke about that and then she was like, what? What? And then she was looking back, she's like, no, you said da da da. Which she's like, you obviously the order Correct. Didn't work. Speaker 2 00:05:27 That's so funny because I, I was getting my period. Yeah. And I had worked really early hours the next morning plus a bit of a mix of emotions. It was funny. Anyway, so we decided that we never ever wanna put out an episode where our energy is not like a thousand percent there. But in that video, at the start of the day, I was filming a YouTube video and I was meant to like, this goes back to the topic of how bad we are getting with each other, with like, just not showing up on time, not even discussing times that we're gonna come over anyway. So she calls me and I was filming <laugh> and you were like, Hey, are you like, where are you? And I was meant to be there at that time and I was like, yeah, I'm, I'm leaving now. Literally in the middle of filming a YouTube video. Speaker 2 00:06:25 You are hilarious. I was not leaving <laugh>. So you weren't leaving. Yeah. You and I actually like, did you see the story I put up on social media? No. Speaker 3 00:06:31 I Speaker 2 00:06:32 Was like, she was meant to be here 20 minutes ago. <laugh> from actually from the time you, like we had said, you said you were gonna be a bit later. Yeah, I was like 20 minutes ago she was meant to be here. Yeah. It's bad. Anyways, back to today's episode topic. And today we wanted to talk all around the energetics behind manifestations. So a lot of what we do speak about on this podcast is the mindset principles, the tactics, and all those things that are so beneficial for the manifestation process. But what I find, you know, is hard to Google or hard to like keep researching is the embodiment slash like energetics behind manifestation. Because this is such a important part. It is, you know, a alongside reprogramming your mind, there's an energy to like, and I'm not talking about manifesting a hundred dollars. Like we are obviously talking about like, you know, actually creating your dream life and going against all the things that you know, to be true about Speaker 3 00:07:28 The world. Yeah. This is the most important part when it comes to manifesting. And it's the hardest part about choosing to live your life from this perspective and this lens. Because if you think about it, everything that you are manifesting is new into your experience. Right? You haven't yet gotten the physical proof of it in your life. You don't know for certain if it's going to happen. Right. We, we have this like this moment in between where you are going to have to navigate the life you've created in order to call in the new life that you are creating, right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So that means there's gonna be a period where you are not gonna have this like in your reality, Speaker 2 00:08:08 But Speaker 3 00:08:09 What's gonna actually ensure that you then call it into your reality is your ability to hold the energetics. Speaker 2 00:08:16 Yeah. And I see Speaker 3 00:08:17 Of what you're calling in. Speaker 2 00:08:18 Yeah. Yeah. And I see this like, to be honest, this topic is really like about personal power and like the, the reason why I say personal power is because like, it's literally your conviction and it's your ability to hold a power within and your ability to just make decisions from a place that is in alignment with where you wanna go. So a big part of the energetics and a big part of holding the desire within you is emotional intelligence. And this is something that we're going a lot deeper inside unfuck your mind because this is, is like honestly like emotional intelligence and your ability to, to not waiver and not even, not waiver, but your ability to be so neutral to what's happening around you and not making decisions based on the 3D reality right now is a huge part to manifestation. In fact, without this it's, it can be, it's almost impossible to, you know, call in the things that are so different. Like, if you are not doing that, then you are basing your re like your pro like your programming is running on what you, what you've seen to be likely and that's why you keep manifesting the same reality. Yeah. So a huge part of this topic is emotional intelligence. Speaker 3 00:09:33 Yeah. I really like that saying like personal power, because that's what it is. It's like maintaining your sovereignty, even though, is that the right word for it? Speaker 2 00:09:40 Sovereignty? Speaker 3 00:09:41 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Maintaining your power. Speaker 2 00:09:42 Ooh, Speaker 3 00:09:43 We're align <laugh>. I have an alarm that goes off every hour that reminds me to actually, like, this actually fits perfectly with this topic of the podcast because I create the alarms every single day to kind of disrupt my patterning. Because what ends up happening is you end up going into like old ways of thinking, old ways of like feeling. So these alarms remind me to just check in, look within and be like, okay, where has my energy been? How have I been feeling? Is that conducive to what I wanna create and where I'm going? If it's not, how can we get back into alignment? How can we get back into the frequency that is going to bring us the manifestations? Right? And this really goes back to like so many different things. And I love that like in unfuck your mind, you're definitely gonna have to go deeper on that, Speaker 2 00:10:30 Right? Yeah. There's so much you can share in a podcast. There's so much you can share on an Instagram post about this. Speaker 3 00:10:35 Exactly. Right. It's something that needs to be like deeply understood because it goes down to our programming, the way that humans are actually wired. But the most like, liberating thing out of all of this, it's like you learn how we work and why we work the way that we work. And then you learn how to change it. Like, you know exactly how to change it after that. Yeah. And the fact that it is changeable, you're not stuck, you're not fixed. Your reality isn't like, it's like just because you're experiencing a certain thing now doesn't mean that that's what you're gonna get tomorrow. Speaker 2 00:11:04 No. And a lot of the resistance people have towards manifesting. And the reason why you do get a lot of resistance is because you, our ego, um, generally is so fixated on the past <laugh>. It's like it has the ability to go back to the past and make judgements on that. So when you are doing new things, it's just going back to what's familiar and that's where the resistance comes up. Yeah. But if we go back to personal power, emotional intelligence and what, what we really mean. I see like, let's talk about the first part. The first part is really being able to, in no matter what, like never ever, ever base what you are currently seeing in this moment, in this current, present reality. To be the, the whole truth like that is like you are giving your, it's kind of like giving your power away and being like, this isn't gonna gonna work cuz it's not here right now. This isn't gonna work because someone didn't sign up to my program today. Right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative> or like, these are like the sort of things, and this is where I find it's almost like, like when you're starting your journey, it's like blind faith. I think this gets a lot easier. It gets a lot easier to, to do this, but yeah. I see it like as blind faith. Yeah. And this is where your personal power, this is where you need to step up. This is the stepping up play Speaker 3 00:12:20 Part, right? Yeah. I feel like it's both, I feel like it's blind power, um, blind trust, but it's also a relationship, right? So you're building this like, relationship with the universe. I'm a massive like believer in just asking the universe whenever you need some help, whenever you want something into your reality. Like, I wouldn't be here having made the decisions I've made in my life, haven't taken the path that I've taken if I didn't actually nourish this relationship with the universe. Right? Yeah. The reason why I've been able to like leave a full-time job and go full-time in my passion led business and like do all this crazy shit that I've always wanted to do that I've Dr. Dream about is because I've actually seen the universe do its thing. Yeah. Speaker 2 00:12:59 Of Speaker 3 00:13:00 Course. I've seen the university. Yeah. Yeah. Like we've seen that power, we've seen the magic that can happen. We see what's available. And this started off slowly, like this started off with like me, like asking the universe to bring me like avocados. Yeah. Something that you don't have any sort of like need for this, like lust for, right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative> just like playing with the universe, being like, okay, today I want a free coffee. Yeah. Or you know, just something small. Speaker 2 00:13:25 Yeah. And even if you are past this stage, like I think, um, you know, a lot of you are here because like, you know, you want to live unconventional lives and you, you, you here because you, you trust the universe to some extent. So I think when, like, even when we're starting out like this journey and we start with those smaller things to like build trust with the universe, I find like as you go deeper, like, because obviously you are here because you wanna create a life for yourself. Like you wanna go after your dreams. Like you wouldn't be listening to this podcast if you didn't. Right. Um, and to some extent what, like, along the journey, like we can start with those like smaller things and stuff like that. But what I've found in fully like actually transforming your life and doing the thing that's so against what society has told us. Speaker 2 00:14:11 Like doing the, like the, like honestly living a really illogical life. Living a delusional, like, it's almost like they say a delusional life. It's not delusional to us. Cuz we've obviously experienced it and I'm sure you have as well. But it's almost like the ego gets louder and louder and louder as you step into like, what's like, because like if we think about it, we started with like, I'm gonna start with a hundred dollars, and then you're like, holy crap, I'm gonna start with starting a business. We're gonna start with all this. And then what happens is people, they don't get past this like, it's almost like this stagnancy because the, they don't understand or it's not even that they don't understand it, it's just, just, it's purely what is happening is that the ego's just getting stronger and stronger and stronger. And to fully, like the energetics behind this and the emotional intelligence is to be able to know when your ego is running the shop. Yeah. Because it can be very sly. So this is where I think the emotional intelligence comes in. Speaker 3 00:15:11 Yeah. And I honestly feel like with this, I wouldn't have gotten so self-aware if I didn't like choose to invest in myself mm-hmm. And choose to invest in my growth in this department. Yeah. Because it's something that I have actually, like, we've been talking about this a bit. It's been a hot topic in like our space at the moment, talking about like the ego. I actually did live on this as well. Yeah. Getting louder and louder at every step. And we've definitely experienced this, like the changes that we made in our life were not small and our ego has been like the hardest to navigate at this point. Speaker 2 00:15:42 Yeah. Right now it's been one of the hardest, it's almost been the easiest but the hardest at the same time. Yeah. Because I know it's so well, Speaker 3 00:15:47 So aware. But then it's just like, it's still a lot to deal with. Yeah. Because your survival mechanism is going off, right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, your survival mechanism. Mechanism is like, it's not safe. It's not safe, it's not safe. As soon as you enter change, you've entered the realm of the unknown. It goes like, what the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck? We need to get back to familiarity. Yeah. Yeah. I actually read this quote, I just got this quote up from Dr. Do dispenser and it like really fits nicely with what you said. Yeah. And when I read this the other day, I actually sent it to NAIA as well because I was like, Ugh, this like, it just, it's like reassurance, right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So it said, in other words, if you're not struggling with the body's resistance to change, you're probably not changing. For those of you in the struggle, congratulations and welcome to the party. You're doing everything right. Keep going. Every time you fall back, get back up. Wait, sorry. Every time you fall, get back up. Eventually you won't remember how many times you have fallen because in the end you've reached the destination. That's Speaker 2 00:16:41 Beautiful. Speaker 3 00:16:42 Yeah. It's Speaker 2 00:16:43 True. Like this change that you're making, it doesn't last. Like that's the thing like yeah, you are ob obviously at each stage becomes like different, but it like you'll, if you've put in this effort and you build your emotional intelligence, these stories that come up, these limitations, they, they don't, they almost don't have power over you anymore. Yeah. They just won't, Speaker 3 00:17:03 You just realize what's true and what's not. Right. Yeah. So I don't know why this question was like coming up. Maybe like this would be a listener's question if they were listening to this, but I was thinking like, so how would you describe getting back into alignment? Like, I feel like we should talk about that. Like actually getting Speaker 2 00:17:23 Back the energetics. So like, let's, let's look at an example. Maybe we can talk about launching a program or something as an example or, um, yeah, yeah. Okay. Like let's just say like for example, cuz the best way to describe it is through an example of what this would feel like and like where you can bring your personal power back. So, okay, so you've never started a business before. You've never done any of that. And this was your, your desire. You just, it doesn't matter what it is. It could be a candle business, it could be a manifestation coaching business, whatever it is. Like if you've never done that before, of course your ego is going to like, that's uncomfortable for the ego. So it's gonna come up with lots of stories. Like it's gonna come up with all these different things and getting back into the energetics of what you want getting back into alignment is, it's this personal power, it's this, it's your ability to, one, be aware of the stories that they're, they're not true. Speaker 2 00:18:21 And if you're not at that stage of fully being able to believe that, that's where the belief work comes in. That's the work that needs to get done. But it's your ability to like, take a second <laugh>, take a moment and bring back your power by choosing the thoughts and beliefs that are in alignment with where you wanna go, no matter what your 3D reality looks like right now. So if you're launching a program and no one is signing up as this has happened to both of us mm-hmm. <affirmative> and no one is signing up, it's your ability to get back into alignment and go, what do I actually want? I want this to work, I want this to work. Like what thoughts do I wanna have? Rather than giving your power away by continuously feeding those thoughts and you might not even realize you're feeding them because we have like a thousand thoughts a day mm-hmm. <affirmative>. Speaker 2 00:19:10 And when you know you are feeding it, when it's like kind of having the emotion is strong towards it. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. Yeah. So like there is this side of like, where you can just go, that's just a thought. It's not true. But then when it's really stringing at your heart, that's when you know you're kind of entangling with that and you're creating momentum with what you don't wanna take. So getting back into alignment for me is about, okay, what do I wanna believe in this moment? What do I, what thoughts do I wanna have? Do I, do I want the reality where this works out? Or do I want the reality where this doesn't work out? And sometimes that is being neutral to whatever outcome that is. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, right? Like yeah. Like even talking about neutrality. Like that's emotional intelligence too, Speaker 3 00:19:49 Right? Yeah. And a lot of this comes with like understanding the energetics with working with the universe and working with yourself as well. Because it's not sometimes as simple as just telling yourself you like what reality do you wanna choose? There's a reason why you are rejecting the reality that you actually want for yourself. Right. It's because your ego already has proof. Mm. That the alternate reality of this not working or this being hard exists Right. Regardless of whatever it is. Yeah. So like I know that that's a big thing and unfuck your mind. Mm-hmm. Obviously. Speaker 2 00:20:23 Ah, well yeah. As I mentioned, like if you're not at that stage where you can do that, that's because there's belief work to be done. Speaker 3 00:20:29 Yeah. And that's exactly where you're gonna be going through, right? Yeah. Just like getting into that side of things. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. Because when you do that process of what Nadia described, it shouldn't feel like, oh, this isn't true. Mm. It should be this like knowing. Yes, it's true. And I know it's true because you've done the belief work in a way that your subconscious mind won't reject. Speaker 2 00:20:53 Yeah. A hundred percent. A hundred percent. So when I am, like for example, if this was, uh, just say me right now, um, it's very easy for, it's not easy cuz it's like the egos there, but it's a lot easier to get back into alignment now because one, I have more proof in my reality that what I'm thinking is like what these, these stories that in my head is just telling me are not the truth. I'm like, well it's actually like, like it's laughable cuz it's like, well that's just not true. Yeah. Um, but two, because I actually have done enough of the belief work to know how this works. Yeah. I've done enough of the belief work to know that what I'm looking at right now means jack Speaker 3 00:21:34 Shit. Exactly. Speaker 2 00:21:35 About what's possible for Speaker 3 00:21:36 Me. Yeah, exactly. Right. And that's what those alarms are about. Like, being able to literally do that exact process in every, like every hour of the day, I get myself back. And the reason why I do it like that is because that's how often you need to be checking in with yourself. Yeah. Because you literally, it's like, it's like a, uh, a program. Like it's a, it's a pattern on repeat, right? So we end up just thinking how we used to think and it's sometimes you don't realize cuz you just go into like autopilot mode. Speaker 2 00:22:07 Yeah. Like a lot of the, like, I'm gonna use my health anxiety for example. Mm-hmm. Because like why not? Um, so like, this is the, cuz we're talking about like how, how we so used to, um, you know, running off the programming that we have that you might not even realize. It's like when you wake up, like what are the thoughts that are coming up? What are the stories that are coming up? Like, are you waking up? Like, where's my manifestation? And that that's fine if you are, that's like, it's no right or wrong. Like if that is happening to you, that's perfectly normal. It's happened to me before. It still does. It still does. Like I'm human being. We're human beings. Of course it still does mm-hmm. <affirmative>. But the personal power comes in by being like, oh, well what do I wanna believe? Like how do I disrupt these thoughts and how do I align mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So yeah. A lot of it is coming back down to that. Speaker 3 00:22:49 Yeah. I love that. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. So it's like, are you gonna tell the story about your health Speaker 2 00:22:53 Anxiety? Yeah. I was gonna, yeah. I've like completely got like, I just get so sidetracked Speaker 3 00:22:57 <laugh>, Speaker 2 00:22:58 Thank God I have a podcast with someone else to like just, God, help me if I was on my own. Speaker 3 00:23:02 Get you back on track. No, no, no. Speaker 2 00:23:04 I'm not that bad. Um, but, um, yeah, so just say you're waking up, like I'll give you this example. I used to wake up every morning worried about my health. So I, if you don't know the story, I actually suffered really, really bad. I think it's two years ago now. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. That's crazy. Two years ago where I suffered really bad health anxiety, where I just stressed so much about that. Where to the point I couldn't even go, I reckon an hour without thinking about this work. Like, I would do anything I can, like the ego was so fixated on worrying about things. It would look for everything in my body. I was constantly looking at doctor's appointments. But, um, going to doc, not even looking, going to doctor's appoint, I have Speaker 3 00:23:43 A story about this. Nadia was at my, my house getting ready one day. She was going out and she found like a little mole on her hand and literally started to have like an actual panic attack <laugh>. So I'm not even getting like panic attack on the floor. And I had to like, talk her through it Speaker 2 00:23:56 Like she had. Yeah. And it ended up being a blood stain. Yeah. Speaker 3 00:23:59 It was like a little blood spot Speaker 2 00:24:00 Thing. Yeah. But this is how bad it went. So if you wanna see how bad it was. But the thing is, I would wake up every day. My patterns were to worry. That was, and if we talk about manifestation in your dream life, your patterns will most likely be opposite of what you want. So it could be that, you know, the thing that you want isn't there, that you're not good enough or that it's, you're not happy with where you are. Like whatever these limiting stories come up. I, I bet like they're probably most active in the morning before you go to bed or just throughout the day. Or even when you go to take that inspired action, they're coming up a lot. So I would wake up every morning having these just panics about my body. I would just touch my breasts because like, that was something I was worried about. I would like feel them just double check. Like I would do like the, you know, the breast check like 30, 30 times in a day. That's crazy. When you're meant to be doing it like twice a month. Once a month. That's, or every once every two months. Yeah. It was bad. My partner was just like, Jesus Christ, I can't do this anymore. Speaker 3 00:24:57 <laugh>. I would've, I would've, Speaker 2 00:24:59 Yeah. It was, yeah, it was a bit like that. But I got to this point where I was like, you have to change something. Like something fucking has to change. Yeah. Because all you are doing is giving your ego power right now. Like, and it was so hard. It was so hard. Like is all I wanted to do was feed into these buoys cuz I genuinely thought something was wrong with me. This is the same thing with manifestation. Like, if you're waking up every day and like, where's without my thoughts or whatever, but I had to disrupt the pattern. I had to get back into alignment. I had to get back into realizing it started with this, it started with, okay, I know my ego's screaming at me. I know it's my ego. So it just started with me waking up every morning just reminding myself. Speaker 2 00:25:38 Like that was the, that was the alignment, getting back into alignment that this was, this is literally like, it's so crazy how small you have to start sometimes. But it was just starting with, okay, I know that this is the part of me that's trying to protect me. That's all I focused on. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. And then slowly, slowly I could start. Like it took, it took a good couple months, um, but slowly, slowly I could move on to like, okay, there's actually nothing wrong right now. Like, there's literally no use checking your body every day. This isn't helping you. Like it started so slowly. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. Right? It's like the same thing with manifestation. It starts with like building that trust. But it started with just recognizing, like convincing myself like, oh, this is actually not how things work. Like if I know at this point I hadn't, I knew a lot about the highest self and I knew a lot about the ego. Speaker 2 00:26:25 So I could differentiate and be like, actually, like if something was really wrong, like this is just not how it would happen. Like it, of course the ego is just right now just screaming at the loudest. And I'm like, you know, if if something was seriously wrong, my higher self would tell me. Would tell me. Yeah. In a way that wasn't screaming at me. Cuz that's, that's just not how the higher self works. The higher self is the source of truth. Your higher self knows the actual truth of what's going on and everything like that. And so it started with that and that's how I started getting back more into alignment with like, my life being in the present moment and stopped worrying about this sort of stuff. It just started slowly with every day just changing the thoughts. Speaker 3 00:27:05 Yeah. Just really, really slowly to being slowly. I love that. So it's like the self-awareness of how the mind works and how the higher self works, understanding energetics and just slowly, slowly, slowly talking to yourself every single day. Um, it feels like something's wrong, but like, is that actually happening? And this is personal power and manifestation. It's like, I'm gonna show up for my dream life regardless of what this current reality looks like. I'm gonna be in the present moment. I'm gonna trust the universe and I'm gonna be neutral because that's what we want. Right? Mm-hmm. That's the energetics. It's neutrality. Speaker 3 00:27:47 Yeah. And something we, we were speaking about is when you are in this process of creating that proof for yourself and you are in the process of creating your dream life and you have to kind of ignore your 3D reality mm-hmm. So something that we spoke about was the importance of maintaining like sovereignty with other people as well. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. Maybe you've seen it in drips and drabs because you've been, you know, playing around with manifestation with the universe on the small things to really build your belief system. But you haven't seen the big thing manifest yet. Right. So, you know, it's possible because you've seen it's possible for other people. You feel it's possible you're connecting to that vision, that desire in the quantum, therefore it's happening right now. You feel that, right? Cuz energy is constant. Like the quantum is constant. It's not bound by space or time. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, it's available to you right now and then Right. You feel it, you know, it's there. You just know you have to hold your vibration. You just have to stay in alignment. Right. You have to just fix the thought. Fix the thought. And it's not, it's actually not to do with that. It's about, um, holding the vibration of the thing that you want. Right? It's the thing that you desire and holding that vibration is just getting into alignment with the thoughts and beliefs of what you want. Speaker 3 00:30:07 Actually, a helpful way to think about this is think about what it is that you want. Think about the version of you that has that thing now because it's happening now. The fact that you want that, that you see that for yourself, that means that it's available to you now. Okay. You think that you see that? What is that version of you thinking and feeling every day really feel into that? Is she sitting there going, where is it? Like, she's not sitting there going, oh my God. Like she's not waking up every single day going, oh my God, I'm just enjoying myself and I'm loving this. Like, yes, she'll have aspects of that. I'm saying she, but he or she <laugh>, she's gonna have ac aspects of that 8 88 <laugh>. Um, if, you know, you know, follow the Instagrams, you'll know what AA means. But yeah, basically she knows that like yeah, she's gonna have moments of gratitude. Just like I have moments of gratitude right now in my reality. Just like you have moments of gratitude right now in your reality, but she's not sitting there waking up every day like feeling orgasmic and like Speaker 2 00:31:05 Touching her breasts and being Speaker 3 00:31:06 Like, oh my God, I'm loving my life. The thought patterns, the way of thinking that version of you that has what you want is has. Right. But in the car, having this conversation with my friend and we were talking about that moment between you getting your actual manifestation, that moment where you don't have that the, the proof in your reality just yet, but you feel it, you know it's there, you know it's possible. Right. And you're holding the vibration, you're holding that don't then go to people in your life who don't see the world through your eyes, who don't have your experiences, who don't know your desires, who don't feel what you feel and start talking about your manifestations if you are not 1000% embodied in it. Yeah. So for example, my partner is a very, like, he's a realist, right? Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, he's been, he's definitely changed. But I wouldn't go to him and be like, oh, I'm just feeling like da da da because my manifestation hasn't come yet. Like he's just, what's he gonna Speaker 2 00:33:04 Do? Speaker 3 00:33:04 Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, he's gonna shit on me. You know what I mean? Yeah. He's just gonna be like, well that's not realistic and da da da da da. And what's that gonna do? That's gonna feed the beliefs that I have that, you know, the limiting beliefs that are keeping that away from me. So it's feeding that reality. So just protect your, protect your manifestations in that sense. Like, if you have conscious friendships who see the world through your eyes, then yes. Like, it's like great to like confide in those sorts of friendships mm-hmm. <affirmative>. But when there are people in your world, whether it's parents, whether it's siblings, whether it's partners or other friendships, don't go confiding in those people. I switch the, to switch the thoughts to, cuz you're either in two situations, right? Like you actually are in two situations. You're either about like you are in the process of getting your manifestation or you're, you, you've got it or you're like, you are, it's about to happen. Like that's it. Right? So whenever I have thoughts of not, it's not here, I go straight to, oh well I've been training my brain to go straight to OB bet. Like as all this is right now is I'm in the process of getting it. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>, I'm just, I'm just literally in the process. It's like, of course it's happening. I'm just, it's not that it's not here, I'm just in the process of it happening. Mm-hmm. Cause that makes it feel like it's so far away. It's just, it could happen two seconds from now. It could happen five minutes from now. It could happen two days from now, three days from now.
