This weeks topic is one that we are constantly learning as humans!. My perspective on presence is ever changing. The more I grow the deeper my understanding gets. I truly believe that mastering this concept is the key to happiness and navigating life.
When we are present we understand how to navigate life more seamlessly.
So grateful to have had this conversation with the incredible Cristina I had the pleasure of meeting through the Soul teacher program.
Cristina’s background is not your typical idea of “I see dead people” story. In fact she originally set out to be an actress and studied theatre and motion pictures at the University of Miami. She realized acting was an outlet for all her pent up emotions that societal conventions kept her from expressing. She then transitioned into marketing with the notion of working for famous celebrities and/ or luxury brands. She had a series of glamorous-sounding jobs. You know… the ones that sound great on paper. She built up an extensive resume working for brands like MTV, Sony LATAM, Disney, Saks Fifth Avenue and Burberry. The reality was each role she took on pulled her further down the rabbit hole of disempowerment. The universe heard her plea and threw motherhood into her mix.
When Cristina’s first child was two, she began reading about teaching children emotional intelligence. This resonated within her deeply. She took a bunch of online courses and 50 hoops later she became a Reiki Master studied the Tarot and is a Soul Teacher from Nikki Novo’s Soul Collective. She began writing a screenplay about all that she’s learned: meditation and how we’ve been conditioned by society to lie to ourselves. The screenplay is in the works and she is gearing the idea towards teenagers with a key message: embracing their differences. Cristina now offers to guide people to their own purpose and knowing through Energetic Activations. She helps others remember that they are infinite beings having a human experience. She guides her clients in remembering their own gifts and powers. She brings their attention to the present moment so they can observe their own self talk. Cristina is a guided/ intuitive, light worker here to help you remember your light. Casting magic on the shadows so you can let them go.
